Finishing Touches

At the end of each job, all flashings and exposed nail heads are caulked with a high-grade sealant. All flashings are pre-finished to match the roof colour.

All eavestroughs and downpipes are cleaned. All debris is removed from the site. The grounds are magnetically swept, to ensure that no nails were missed. Our goal is to leave your premises cleaner than when we arrived. The roof and grounds are thoroughly inspected before we leave. Finally, we register your warranty with the manufacturer and send you a copy.
